John Moreno is best known for his character Luigi Ferrara in the James Bond film For Your Eyes Only (1981).

I met John Moreno at the Starcon event held at Kempton Park racecourse in September 2006. He was extremely friendly and talked to me for ten minutes about his acting career.

Ferrara is 007's contact who lets Bond believe that villain Kristatos is a reliable contact when really he is a double agent, working for the Russians but pretending to be on the British side. Ferrara, whose insecurity irritates Bond, is later found strangled in Bond's Lotus car, with one of Locque's 'white doves' clenched in his hand.
John Moreno has also appeared in a number of British TV dramas that include The Sweeney, Only Fools and Horses, The Darling Buds of May and Heartbeat.
